Q What training services do you provide? A We provide blended learning solutions using a range of bespoke and open courses, e-learning programmes and training materials. Training courses can be customised especially for you whilst a comprehensive selection of open courses is available. We also provide unique e-learning programmes, DVDs, videos, business games and text based materials. We will work with you to help you select the perfect combination for your business.    Q What type of training courses can you deliver? A Our courses cover a diverse choice of subjects including Leadership, Management Development, Communication, Teambuilding, Sales, Customer Service, Health & Safety and IT to name but a few. These can be delivered on a closed or open basis to suit your requirements.    Q Are your courses accredited? A Yes. At present, 22 of our courses are ILM accredited. In addition, we can work with you to achieve ILM accreditation for your own in-house courses.  Q Can I view your open course schedule online? A We have a team of 10 highly trained, commercially experienced training consultants who are dedicated to building enjoyable and rewarding relationships with every client. Together, they offer a range of expertise and training styles.  Q How many delegates can I book onto a course? A This really depends on the course in question. Some courses require more interaction than others. Typically though, our courses are attended by between 6 and 12 delegates.  Q What are your typical rates? A Rates vary depending on the course and whether any bespoke development or customisation is required. Rates will be quoted on an individual basis. A We are official agents for over a hundred leading publishers including Video Arts, BBC, Fenman, Ivy and Skillboosters. As such, we have access to more than 10,000 DVDs, videos and test based materials. These are complimented by unique e-learning programmes that use CD-Rom, network or portal to deliver training 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Q Do you have a catalogue or listing for these products? A Yes we have catalogues from each supplier. However, rather than innundate you with 100s of catelogues our approach is to work with you to understand your individual requirements before providing a solution that’s right for your business.  Q Are any discounts available?
