Description

This is a short (6-8 week) project working with a small but growing Professional Services consultancy. The business has been through a period of growth and is now looking to bring a little more structure to their contracts of employment and benefits. They are looking for Rewards Expert to work with them on this project taking a lead on reviewing and improving their Flexible Benefits package.

This will include

  • Reviewing current pay structure, pricing existing benefits/elements and benchmarking and costing some new ones.
  • Recommending solutions to the board.
  • Mapping out the change process required.
  • Rolling out the new solution.

Our client is looking for an experienced and specialist benefits / rewards consultant capable of advising and recommending a best fit solution.

The likelihood is that you would be Midlands based spending time in London and Swindon. Flexible hours possible.

Day Rate     : £neg

Start Date    : Flexible. Project to be completed by September 2017 (although ideally sooner)
