This is an exciting time to be joining this successful and ambitious consultancy firm as their HR & Recruitment Administration Manager. Working in partnership with a Senior HR Consultant you will be involved in a broad range of HR and People Projects as well as taking the lead organising and improving business critical Recruitment and HR processes.

You can expect to have exposure to:

  • Managing recruitment processes end to end: Advertising; Selecting; Coordinating interview processes.
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes to ensure the organisation is attracting top talent.
  • Understanding the recently implemented PeopleHR system and maximising its potential value to the business.
  • Supporting on key HR projects like the review of Employee Engagement Survey, implementation of Flexible Benefits and improvement of onboarding and induction.
  • Advising and supporting staff at all levels on 1st tier HR enquiries. Escalating occasional formal HR issues as required

You will need evidence of a developing a HR career as well as CIPD study and/or a relevant HR or People Degree). An understanding of recruitment (in-house or sales) would be beneficial.
