Description

This is an exciting and varied role for an experienced HR Systems professional to join a major UK business in a key role. You will be part of a small HR Systems team at Head Office responsible for delivering accurate and useful HR data and reports for the operational business

Based near Birmingham Airport this is a role for someone with a HR background and strong experience of operating as a specialist HR Systems professional. The role will require you to be dealing with the following:

  • Working as the first point of contact for managers looking for specific data from the HR system. Understanding their requirements and thinking outside of the box to ensure that the right information can be found.
  • Producing and delivering reports and creating HR Systems Dashboards
  • Taking responsibility for coordinating HR systems upgrades and identifying where improvements to process can be made.

You will need:

  • Experience of producing reports from HR systems
  • An understanding of HR issues in order to accurately understand the reports required.
