Description

This is a challenging and varied opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a growing national organisation. Working as the standalone Regional HR Advisor based out of Manchester you will be aligned to staff and managers across 4 sites (Manchester, Preston, Leeds and Birmingham) you will be dealing with day to day HR issues as well as supporting on HR projects.

Supported by HR colleagues based in London your duties will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on day to day HR / ER issues
  • Supporting and coaching operational managers to improve management capabilities
  • Ensuring line managers are proactive about filling their vacancies and assisting with recruitment activity in challenging areas
  • Working closely with Managers to formulate plans to include succession planning, performance management and labour turnover plans.

You are likely to have HR qualifications and it is essential that you have proven experience of delivering operational, generalist HR support to your key stakeholders

To be a success in this role you will need a positive can-do attitude, be able to build effective business partnerships within the operational business and be prepared to go the extra mile in support of your HR colleagues.

Salary:              £28,000 & benefits.

Location:           Manchester with regular train travel to Birmingham, Leeds & Preston.
