Description

Our client is a major UK brand who are now recruiting for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join their busy and successful business. 

As Benefits Specialist you will provide a high level of advice on benefit related reward issues, develop & implement benefit initiatives and undertake project work on a range of benefit related projects across the business.

As the Benefits Specialist, you will

  • Provide a pro-active benefit solution to the UK business area.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of company benefits schemes, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement agreed benefit initiatives in conjunction with HR.
  • Lead on a range of benefit related projects across the business, either on a stand-alone basis or by leading a matrix team.
  • Provide support in the delivery of the company’s pension scheme.
  • Manage the relationship with key benefit providers.

In order to be a success in this role you must

  • Experience of developing and implementing benefit structures in a large, multi-site organisation
  • Have experience operating at Executive and Senior Management Level
  • Be degree educated and CIPD qualified
  • Have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Be prepared to travel to other sites across the UK

Salary - c£50,000 + Car Allowance, up to 15% Bonus + other excellent benefits.  

Based – Worcester or Solihull, with some UK travel.
