Working as a key member of the HR Team within a medium sized corporate business, this is a varied and challenging HR Manager role. As part of the Senior HR Management team you will have responsibility for day to day HR/ER issues as well as recruitment at all levels in the business (Fee earning, support staff, graduate, temp and perm).

Based in Worcester you will have a mix of operational and project challenges with key responsibilities including:

  • Responsibility for dealing with all Employee Relations cases within the business (not high volume but complex given the professionally qualified client base).
  • Managing a small team within HR, supporting the business in a generalist HR capacity
  • Leading on all recruitment activity (in partnership with 3rd party recruiters but also managing hiring managers activities)
  • Co-ordinating Graduate Recruitment campaigns and ensuring Graduates are successfully inducted
  • Responsibility for the ongoing development of Graduates following successful completion of their induction.

This is an exciting role that will allow you to bring some fresh HR thinking to the business, take a lead on day to day HR and projects and make a real difference to the business. 

Salary - up to £45,000 + benefits.
