Our client is a successful and innovative business. Operating in a niche sector they are a smaller business but with ambitions to grow and are looking to recruit their first HR professional to help them do that. As a standalone HR professional you will be working at all levels on HR and People issues and will be delivering strategic, operational and administrative HR solutions to the business.

Working alongside senior management you will need to understand the ambition of the business and build a future proofed HR structure that will meet the needs of the organisation.

  • Establishing HR processes and policies and delivering an Employee Handbook.
  • The development and continuous improvement of HR Tools.
  • Dealing with any day to day HR issues.
  • Recruitment, Succession Planning and Talent Management.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a strong HR Generalist background, experience of working autonomously and influencing staff at all levels.. 

Based in Birmingham/Solihull, the successful candidate will be required to travel to other sites on a regular basis and be rewarded with a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits.
