Based from Birmingham City Centre this is an opportunity to join a major UK organisation as an Interim Assistant HR Business Partner. Working alongside others in a busy HR team you will be supporting with a varied and corporate HR/ER workload and providing advice to managers and staff on generalist HR issues. You will also be involved in some HR project work and delivering workshops to managers

Key responsibilities will include

  • Advising on HR policy and procedures.
  • Providing 1st line risk base advice on ER issues.
  • Being involved as a note taker in formal ER procedures.
  • Leading on smaller HR change projects like updating HR policies after legislative changes.
You will need
  • A strong generalist HR background
  • The confidence to deal with HR enquiries from staff at all levels and take responsibility for delivering a solution that works.
  • HR qualifications.
This is an exciting time to be joining this busy HR team. You will get plenty of exposure to a wide range of HR change projects and be able to build your generalist experience.

This is an interim role (6 months) requiring a prompt start.

Salary: £27-£30k + benefits
