Based from Birmingham City Centre this is change focused HR Business Partner role with a major UK organisation in Birmingham. Aligned to a smaller part of the business there is an expectation that you will be able to drive real change as they seek to introduce a high performance culture and better engage with their employees. You can expect to be involved in some complex ER work but this is a role focusing on projects and change.

In order to be considered for this vacancy you must:

  • Be confident supporting on Change Projects
    • Working to introduce a high performance culture
    • Improving Employee Engagement
    • Redesigning job roles
  • Have experience of dealing with a varied and sometimes complex caseload including absence management, performance and capability issue
  • Show a proven generalist HR background

We are looking for individuals with the capability to operate effectively in a high profile role with a blue chip corporate body and in support of academically and professionally qualified management.
