Recruitment Manager – Birmingham City Centre. £45-50,000 + benefits.

Our client is a market leading organisation with constant challenges around attracting and recruiting staff at all levels. You will be a key player within their HR function with responsibility for their recruitment strategy supported by a small team.

The successful candidate will have

  • Experience of recruiting staff at all levels in a busy operational environment. You must enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns.
  • Proven in-house experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A Proactive approach to candidate attraction with a strong LinkedIn presence.
  • Experience of Succession Planning and Workforce Planning
  • Team management experience and strong mentoring skills.

Some level of CIPD or other recognised industry qualifications is required. You will need to trive in a small and busy HR team, working autonomously as well as managing a small team. You will be happy delivering on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle as well as operating strategically and delivering projects.

Salary: £45-50000 + benefits
