We are looking for an experienced Site / General Manager for this customer facing business in North London. You will be responsible for a diverse team of 20 staff as well as managing operations, events and sales within a high profile and constantly busy site. You will need a focus on delivering customer centric service and inspiring your team to go the extra mile in pursuit of service excellence.

Duties will include:

  • Day to day management of all site personnel ensuring that customer driven events run flawlessly.
  • Constantly reviewing and improving operational processes.
  • Developing relationships with suppliers and local partners in order to develop and maximise the commercial potential of the business.
  • Maximising the sales and operational capability of the site.

Individuals with a background in Hotel, Restaurant, Venue or Retail Management would be of particular relevance especially if they can bring experience of managing teams focused on high end customer service.

You must be able to prove the following experience and behaviours

  • The ability to manage staff at all levels getting them to buy in to your passion for delivering high quality customer service and go the extra mile.
  • Experience of building relationships with local businesses, suppliers and partners and get them to support and promote your commercial ventures.
  • High quality face to face customer service and consultative sales skills. Dealing swiftly and professionally with any issues.

The site is a flagship one for the group business and as a result this is a high-profile role in a well established business. Given the business's ambition to be a lead played in the sector this could become a career defining role for you. 

Operating Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.30 – 5.00. NB Only very occasional weekend work and no split shifts, night shifts or Bank Holidays work.
Salary: c£55000 + car allowance and excellent benefits.
