Our client is a well regarded and successful business with a national presence. They are currently investing heavily in their HR and L&D Functions in order to improve their people and management capabilities. This is a key role in delivering that project successfully.

Responsibilities will include

  • Building relationships with key operational stakeholders to enable you to understand individual, team and corporate learning needs and deliver against them.
  • Designing, developing and delivering a wide range of management & leadership development solutions, initially at Team Leader level.
  • Further developing and improving current content ensuring they support a blended delivery approach.
  • Working alongside the wider HR and L&D team to achieve the overall vision

We are looking for a high performing, self motivated and organised individual with proven experience as a Talent/L&D Business Partner. You will have a proven track record of designing creative and engaging leadership training as well as the ability to deliver over Teams as well as face to face.

It is expected that you have good L&D qualifications and proof that you have an interest in your own Continuous Professional Development. You will also need regional experience and exposure to a fast paced commercial environment.

The role will require travel across the country however you will have control over your own diary. You can be based anywhere, however a Midlands location would work best.

Salary - c£40,000 + Car and Benefits
