HR and Recruitment Advisor - Anglesey
This is a market leading business with sites and staff across the country. They are investing into their HR team and are now recruiting for a HR and Recruitment Advisor with strengths in recruitment and resourcing for a role based on Anglesey in North Wales. You will play a key role dealing with HR and Recruitment issues, providing support, advice and guidance to operational managers across the business.

Responsibilities will include

  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing and advertising through to administering psychometric assessments and onboarding. 
  • Advising operational managers on their day to day operational HR issues and working with them to improve their confidence and management capabilities.
  • Suggesting continuous improvement to HR/ER policy and providing commercially sound advice and guidance 
  • Working with the wider HR team on company wide projects

You will need

  • Previous experience of working in a HR and Recruitment role, supporting employees at all levels.
  • The confidence to work autonomously whilst remaining part of the HR team (the majority of which are based at a different site).
  • Experience of recruiting niche roles using innovative and creative methods. 

This is a lively and challenging business and you must have a flexible approach and style to build relationships with a varied internal client base.

In addition to an attractive benefits package you will be joining a exciting business who value working as one team.  Your primary location will be on Anglesey in North Wales but you will be expected to travel to other sites on occasions when necessary. 

Salary – £30000 and Excellent Benefits.
