Our client is a successful and growing business with a national presence. They are looking to add to their existing team of Learning & Development Partners working across the country delivering training to both their front line operational staff and management teams. You will have the added challenge of being the L&D Partner taking ownership of the design delivery and evaluation of e-learning courses and digital learning content.

Responsibilities will include

  • Design, development and delivery of a wide ranging portfolio of skills training courses to the business.
  • Working with L&D colleagues to support the creation of engaging and creative digital learning content using authoring tools like Adapt, Articulate and Captivate
  • Taking ownership of the LMS and being the first point of contact for all queries around e-learning and digital content
  • Working closely with the HR representatives for your region as well as the wider training team to ensure the training is fit for the business and commercially relevant.

It is essential that you have proven skills as an L&D professional with experience of designing and delivering effective learning solutions.

In addition though we are looking for an L&D Professional capable of working as an internal subject matter expert around digital learning which means you will need to show

  • Experience of working with authoring tools like Adapt, Activate and Captivate.
  • Confidence and expertise working as an LMS administrator.
  • An ability to deliver and champion a commercially effective blended learning solution

This is a national role which will require some travel however you can expect to be working from home on a regular basis and managing your own diary. It would make sense for the individual to be based centrally to keep what travel is required to a minimum.
