Description

This is an interesting and varied HR Consultant role working in a rapidly modernising organisation. You will be joining a busy HR team to support them with a number of change and restructuring projects as well as providing some support on day to day HR issues. 

Based in Birmingham (with plenty of home work) the role will include

  • Working with stakeholders at all levels, project teams and managers to ensure that the agreed change initiatives are implemented.
  • Communicating change plans and the redefinition of roles, responsibilities and business areas ensuring that all parties understand what success looks like.
  • Supporting the business to ensure that change initiatives are implemented and adopted and that the changes are commercially effective.
  • Providing HR advice, guidance and expertise throughout the change process. And also on day to day HR issues. . 

It is important that you have a strong understanding of HR & Change Projects as well as a solid HR generalist background. Experience of working as a HR Business Partner aligned to senior operational stakeholders is essential and ideally you will have experience of delivering HR and supporting change in a Public Sector environment. It is important that you are a problem solving doer as well as a strategist.

Birmingham based 1-2 days a week there is plenty of scope to be working from home. This is a day rate role and we are looking for a named individual to work continuously on the project rather than (currently) considering a HR Consultancy option.

3-6 months with a prompt start

Day Rate - £350-£500(+) dependent on experience.
