This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and successful UK business as one of their Customer Account Managers. As part of a specialist central team you will have responsibility for managing the organisation's relationship with some of their most important customers. 

Responsibilities will include

  • Providing immediate support and advice to customers dealing with all of their queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Welcoming and onboarding new customers and establishing relationships with their key personnel.
  • Identifying immediate and long term opportunities to improve processes and maximise the relationship.
  • Communicating changes to process, regulations and/or market trends to the customer and internal stakeholders
  • Operating as the internal voice of the customer ensuring they get the quality customer experience they expect and delivering continuous improvements to customer satisfaction scores.

We are looking for individuals with

  • Strong experience as Account Managers. Including dealing with multiple accounts and a passion to deliver a world class customer experience
  • Proven ability working as a true business partner to external (and often senior) stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Coventry based you will be joining the sort of business that will look to develop your skills and experience and give you opportunities to develop long term with them. They are large enough to offer you long term career development. There will be some limited scope for home working and they are happy to offer some flexibility around hours in the office.

Salary: £40-£45k + excellent benefits (including annual bonus, 28 days holiday+ bank holidays, and a strong pension contribution).
