This two day course covers the essentials of project management. It is based upon the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge and, as such, is not prescriptive as to the specific project methodology, but looks at the components that can be found in all projects and the fundamental principles that underpin any approach to managing them.

It provides an understanding of the structure of a project, from its inception through to closure. In doing so it introduces the terminology used and a range of tools and techniques applied in establishing, planning and executing a project.

  • people new to the role of project manager and/or;
  • Those that lack any formal training in the discipline of Project Management, and/ or;
