Description

This is a varied and challenging in-house Recruitment role based in Sutton Coldfield. Our client is a successful organisation with constant challenges around attracting and recruiting staff at all levels and so you will be a key player within their HR function with responsibility for all of their operational recruitment needs.

The successful candidate will have

  • Experience of recruiting high volumes of staff at all levels in a busy operational environment. You must and enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns
  • In-house experience.
  • The ability to pro-actively source candidates through Direct Sourcing methods and not just manage applications
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

You must be able to cope and thrive in a small and busy HR team, be able to work autonomously and manage a complex and large volume of campaigns. Individuals with experience of dealing with additional generalist HR projects would be of particular interest.

Salary – Up to £32,000 + car allowance (there will be some travel across the West Midlands) & benefits.
