Description

Based from Birmingham City Centre this is an opportunity to join a major UK organisation as an interim HR Business Partner. Working alongside other HR Business Partners peers in a well-regarded, effective and very busy HR team you will be taking responsibility for a varied and corporate HR/ER workload, providing advice and support to managers and staff on absence management, performance and capability issues. You will also be involved in some HR project work and delivering workshops to managers

In order to be considered for this vacancy you must:

  • Have an excellent knowledge of Employment Law and Employee Relations, the practical application of it and the impact this can have within a business.
  • Have experience of dealing with a varied and sometimes complex caseload including absence management, performance and capability issues
  • Be confident supporting on Change Projects (i.e. previous experience of managing redundancy, redeployment and/or changes to terms and conditions).
