Our client is a successful and well established business with a strong and stable history in the West Midlands. They are a smaller business but with ambitions to grow and are looking to recruit a HR Manager to help them do that. As a standalone HR professional you will be working at all levels on HR and People issues and will be delivering strategic, operational and administrative HR solutions to the business.

Working alongside senior management you will need to understand the ambition of the business and build a future proofed HR structure that will meet the needs of the organisation.

  • Improving management capabilities through 1-2-1 coaching and the design and delivery of Management Development training.
  • Embedding already developed HR processes and policies and taking responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of HR Tools.
  • Dealing with any day to day HR issues.
  • Recruitment, Succession Planning and Talent Management.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well run and stable business where HR is valued by the Senior Management Team and the basics of HR are working well. The challenge will be to continue to champion HR and ensure that it continues to offer practical solutions which impact on the success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a strong HR Generalist background, experience of working autonomously and influencing staff at all levels..  

Based in Telford the successful candidate will be required to travel to other sites on a regular basis (you must be a driver) and be rewarded with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits.
