Our client is a large national business going through an exciting period of change and modernisation. As a result their L&D team and programme is growing and they are looking to add an L&D Administrator to the team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing training courses (face to face and online)
  • Updating personnel records to reflect courses taken
  • Supporting the development of new training courses

Over the course of the next 12 months the business will be implementing a new LMS and they are keen to find someone with experience of working in an administrative role with a LMS. You will also need to be a resilient and self-sufficient individual with enough existing experience as an L&D Administrator to work standalone when senior colleagues are out of the office.

Salary: Up to £23000 + Benefits
