This is an exciting time to be joining this successful and ambitious business as a lead HR Operations Specialist. Working as part of a small HR team you will inevitably be involved in a broad range of HR and People Projects as well as taking the lead organising and improving business HR solutions and processes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all HR Administration with the minimum fuss and maximum attention to detail. Taking a lead on identifying where improvements can be made to process and driving necessary changes.
  • Advising and supporting staff at all levels on 1st tier HR enquiries. Escalating formal HR issues as required and supporting with the resolution.
  • Co-ordinating the recruitment process: Advertising; Shortlisting; Coordinating interview processes; Dealing with Starters and Onboarding.
  • Supporting with key HR projects like the review of the Employee Engagement Survey, implementation of Flexible Benefits and improvement of onboarding and induction.

  • Suitable experience managing / coordinating day to day HR issues in a corporate and professional environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to deliver proactive customer service.
  • A can-do approach to your work where you are happy to focus on owning day to day of HR Operations as much as the exciting projects.
  • To be articulate, confident and always looking to prove the value that HR can bring a business.
