This is a permanent (20 hour a week)  opportunity for a growing business in Edgbaston. As Office Administrator you will be a key member of a small and busy operational team and business. There can be flexibility on how you work the 20 hours (reduced hours across 5 days or set days to suit you) but you will need to be on site.

Role will include

  • Being the first point of contact for customers, contractors and suppliers. Dealing swiftly and professionally with all correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing the business diary and rotas and organising the meetings and appointments of key staff.
  • Supporting the General Manager and team with the organisation of essential day to day operations and events. Reminding staff of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the business which may include digital and social marketing.
  • Maintaining procedural and administrative systems, essential filing and business databases.
  • Being a positive, can-do individual prepared to use your commonsense and creativity to find solutions to issues before being asked to!

It is a small business and team and therefore you will need to be a self starter comfortable working alone and unsupervised.   

It is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual with opportunities for career development and additional responsibilities and work experience likely as the business continues to establish itself. Experience in similar administration roles is preferred but not essential.
