This will be a busy and challenging in-house Recruitment / Resourcing Business Partner. You will be joining an ambitious and growing business as part of a small recruitment team that is looking to recruit quality talent, improve recruitment processes and reduce the businesses current reliance on agencies. You will need proven experience as an in-house recruiter with the ability to source, attract and hire talent at all levels.

The role will see you

  • Managing recruitment campaigns and hiring managers to ensure a high quality recruitment experience as well as a successful outcome.
  • Using your experience as a direct sourcer to attract talent for specific roles and to build a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
  • Interviewing, shortlisting and selecting candidates and introducing them to hiring managers. Championing "hidden gem" candidates where appropriate.
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager and team to identify the best agencies to partner with, agreeing preferred rates and managing their performance levels.
  • Focusing on improving internal recruitment processes and recruitment capabilities across the business.
  • You must enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns (both high volume and bespoke) and have the ability to work as a self sufficient remotely based recruitment professional.

You will need

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to sell a high quality in-house recruitment service to demanding internal clients.
  • Confidence and capabilities working with LinkedIn Recruiter License and other direct sourcing channels.
  • The ability to sell the benefits of an exciting, ambitious but lesser known business to candidates.

The role is a national one where you will be working remotely from the rest of the team and manager, however there will be plenty of support and development. You will have the choice of working from home or from an office but a central England location is preferred to ensure the team can come together regularly.

Salary – £30000 + benefits.
