If you are an ambitious, career minded HR professional with designs on reaching the very top you will know you need experience and skills across all HR disciplines. This is a unique opportunity for you to add Reward & Remuneration skills and experience to your portfolio. 

You will need good HR generalist experience, a curious and willing to learn approach and a good analytical skill set. Existing Reward & Remuneration is NOT essential but instead you will be joining a Reward Team and be managed by a Head of Reward keen to develop your skills and confidence in the area. 

The role will see you  

  • Providing advice and guidance to senior management as well as staff at all levels. 
  • Conducting a review and evaluation of current Reward strategies and processes. Producing recommendations for where improvements are required and leading projects to make them. 
  • Supporting the design, implementation and management of compensation programmes, policies and procedures. 

We are looking for individuals with 

  • Evidence of having worked in analytical HR roles and strong Excel skills 
  • An appreciation of how Reward & Remuneration plays a part when it comes to recruiting, engaging, developing and retaining talent
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Experience of delivering HR support within a changing business.

The last year of successful agile / flexible working means that as things are returning to normal there will remain plenty of scope to work from home with some flexible hours. You will need to live within striking distance of Coventry and can expect to be there c.3 days a week. 

Salary: £28-£35k (dependent on experience)
