This is a brand new role in an already successful and well established business. Joining the Head Office team you will work alongside Branch / Site Managers helping them to make more of their sites through improving their local marketing strategy, service offering and relationships with local partner businesses. This is a role where you can have a significant impact.

Responsibilities will include

  • Working with site managers to understand their ambition for their sites and the local challenges that they have.
  • Understanding the needs of the local community and partner businesses and communicating those to the site managers.
  • Supporting the research, development and implementation of new / improved local sales & marketing strategies.
  • Developing relationships with existing and potential clients / partner businesses. Moving new clients through the sales cycle.
  • Supporting the site managers with the training and development of their teams.
  • Ensuring managers are getting the support and investment needed to make the most of their sites. 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity and one that could attract applicants from a range of businesses and business disciplines. You will need the following experiences and behaviours

  • Operational credibility. Site managers will expect to be able to tap into your existing experience of managing people, hitting site sales targets and dealing with customer issues face to face.  
  • An ability to be a "critical friend" to Site Managers to help them improve where needed. 
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to inspire others to do the same.

This is a successful and well regarded business. The estate covers sites across the South East of England and will travel (Oxfordshire, Surrey, London and Kent) however you will typically be responsible for your own diary and will only need to work Monday - Friday with typical working hours. There is no expectation of weekend or Bank Holiday work and you can expect to be working from home as well as the sites themselves. 

Operating Hours: Mon – Fri / 9.00 – 5.00. (No scheduled weekends, bank holiday or split shift work.)
Salary: c£40000 
Benefits: Includes discretionary bonus, pension and holidays.
