Description

This is a varied and challenging role working as part of a central HR team in a busy national organisation. As HR Project Manager you will work with stakeholders across the organisation to bring rigour and control to their HR / People Projects. Based from Birmingham 2 days a week the role will see you 

  • Championing the benefits of an organised approach to project management and building improved project plans, project teams and project communications
  • Working with the Senior HR team to build and maintain HR / People Project Plans 
  • Working with various HR and Operational stakeholders to oversee various projects

You must be able to hit the ground running with systems projects however this will be a varied HR project role and you will also be involved in projects like the implementation of a new recruitment and onboarding solution and other process improvements.

We are looking for HR Project Professionals with experience of 

  • Working with project management methodologies and communicating using RAG reports, GANT charts and progress reports
  • Supporting senior management and stakeholders to improve their project management capabilities
  • Managing multiple and concurrent projects

The role also requires a hard working and empathetic individual who can appreciate that as part of a smaller team and organisation that you will need to be self sufficient and prepared to get stuck in operationally.

Based from their Birmingham office 2-3 days a week this is a role offering a hybrid working pattern. It is also a role where you can make a real and rewarding impact on the future success and sustainability of the organisation.

Salary – Up to £48000 + benefits
