This is is a interesting and varied role as interim HR Advisor for a well known national charity. You will be joining a small HR team with a focus on dealing with a wide range of day to day HR issues and supporting with some TUPE and change projects.  

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Working in partnership with busy operational managers. Supporting them with a wide range of ER issues and processes and coaching & advising them to improve capabilities.
  • Dealing with some small (and low risk) TUPE projects
  • Working with others in the HR team to help modernise the organisation's people processes and support their focus on continuous improvement

We are looking for a HR Advisor with plenty of generalist experience and the ability to work confidently and autonomously on a range of HR & ER issues. The team is totally remote and you could be based anywhere as long as you have good internet connection and enjoy working using MS Teams. 

Salary: £38-£40k + benefits.
Duration: 6 months (minimum) and a prompt start is required.
